📋 Description

• Perform turnkey installation and termination of electrical conduit, stainless-steel tubing, power/communication cabling, and hardware from customer transformer cabinets to GE Monitoring and Diagnostic products • Perform installation and service work on transformer monitoring equipment • Manage installation projects and coordinate with customer contacts and internal GE Sales and Service teams • Troubleshoot and perform fault finding to Printed Circuit Board level • Liaise with customers on job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support • Conduct field work in compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and employee safety practices • Act as the primary technical resource for on-site work and resolve engineering and product issues • Provide technical direction to skilled labor on customer sites and equipment • Provide installation and service direction on-site and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds across equipment vintages, sizes, and application types • Provide timely, accurate, and professional internal and external reports • Audit and implement quality-control requirements for on-site repairs and upgrades in compliance with Engineering and Product Department standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance • Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in Services & On-Site Services • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to perform field work in compliance with applicable EHS regulations • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
