📋 Description

• Build pipeline and win new business in a high-performing team • Grow partner accounts by segmenting customers and increasing engagement • Ensure apprenticeships are employer-led, compliant, and meet stakeholder needs • Support apprenticeship planning, delivery, and monitoring • Deliver the apprenticeship sales plan • Attend events and share market insights • Write proposals and bids • Support contract negotiations • Update HubSpot and follow up marketing leads • Run attraction campaigns • Support effective selection to improve applicant success • Communicate clearly with stakeholders • Stay up to date on apprenticeship rules and systems • Complete other reasonable tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in apprenticeships, work-based learning, or related programmes, including compliance and employer relationship management • Strong knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy • Account management experience • Confidence using CRM systems • Experience working with employers on skills projects or in a target-driven, client-facing environment • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under deadlines • Knowledge or experience of OFSTED requirements • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders • Comfortable working with construction industry professionals, including SME and large contracting organisations • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
