• Source and qualify leads based on clear selection criteria • Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email • Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team • Manage and update the sales funnel daily • Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategy • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in CRM tools • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach • Comfortable working 9 AM – 5 PM EST (remote) • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
