📋 Description

• Build a strong functional team across departments. • Collaborate with hiring managers across GigaKOM departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, Purchasing etc.) to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, both International and in California. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate database management, and coordination of virtual interviews. • Designing job descriptions and levels for several GigaKOM positions. • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners (This is mostly applicable for Engineering Labor partnerships). • Work with HR & Legal teams regarding international regulations related to hiring/screening candidates both domestically and internationally. • Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives. • Manage Employee Engagement and Impact GigaKOM’s Culture (for part time and full time options). • Work with the HR & Marketing team to develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives. • Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance morale. • Collaborate with marketing and other functions to advance updates/maintain to training and other onboarding materials. • Assist with the facilitation of the new hire and existing employee onboarding process, potentially including but not limited to health and/or insurance programs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate, 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred. • Strong service and communication skills with a demonstrated proficiency composing written communications. • Meticulous and accurate with strong organization skills. • Dependable team player. • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. • Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing. • Excellent knowledge of Office suite. • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and legal requirements. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
