📋 Description

• identify and establish strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms • nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle • conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives • partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth • communicate effectively, set real expectations and reliably complete agreed deliverables • organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program • train and enable partners creating a high level of awareness on current and future developments • communicate and work directly with stakeholders within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in any form of partnership role • strong understanding of the private equity landscape and are well-connected • demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities • active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams • prior experience working with an HR or FinTech company • fast-growing startup experience • experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders • data-driven, analytical and research-oriented
