📋 Description

• Engage with business units to translate business needs into quality software solutions • Support the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Agile software development practices • Provide operational support for enterprise-wide software solutions • Oversee the software development lifecycle, including business-needs analysis and technical documentation • Lead business/IT requirements discussions and stakeholder review meetings • Identify software functional gaps and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with product owners to create product backlogs and user stories with acceptance criteria • Participate in project implementation as a technical subject matter expert • Participate in scrum events, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews • Design and document process flows, technical requirements, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and models • Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve internal tickets • Troubleshoot, triage, assess risk, and support incident escalation • Manage application customizations, dashboards, workflows, role-based access, and reporting • Coordinate with third-party providers and internal technical teams on software needs and production issues • Maintain relationships with business units, technical teams, and vendors • Participate in on-call support for critical after-hours impairments or major outages

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration required, or 2 years of experience • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 2-year degree • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred • Four years or more of experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development, and process improvement • Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly desired • Knowledge of commonly used financial industry concepts, practices, and guidelines • Knowledge of Credit Union products, services, operational guidelines, and delivery channels • Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills • Strong research, technical analysis, planning, and organizational skills • Ability to use logical reasoning when interpreting facts • Experience with medium to large enterprise software systems and ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes • Ability to make observations, examinations, evaluations, and recommendations • Ability to execute projects and direct team members implementing upgrades and enhancements • Strong PC skills • Understanding of Agile-based development practices • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and respond to production issues as needed • Ability to carry and respond to a cell phone 7 days a week • Ability to lift 20 lbs. • Occasional local, statewide, and United States travel may be required • Licenses/certifications: None
