📋 Description

• Execute enhanced asset management processes related to fleet management and revenue monitoring • Provide data and analytics support for the asset team • Perform asset analysis to improve customer experience, support growth initiatives, and increase sales • Execute Asset Management projects and orchestrate execution plans through cross-functional ownership • Promote Asset Management fundamentals and principles within the FMS and Dedicated Organization • Manage fleet assets and redeploy assets to prevent units from becoming No Longer Earning • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve accurate asset tracking and reporting • Create exception reporting for Asset Management initiatives • Lead special projects as an analyst based on Asset Management needs • Track vehicle redeployment from reserving through customer service in coordination with local Asset Management • Coordinate and assist with initiatives under the DTS product offering • Fulfill asset requests and manage Rent to Lease, Surplus Vehicle Notice, and Vehicle Change Notice processes • Monitor account I/S and O/S to control NYE and NLE units • Attend weekly calls to prevent billing errors on end bills and start bills • Review and analyze fleet, Less than Term, Flex Lease, Short Term Lease, Fast Track, and Vosa assets • Ensure proper depreciation to salvage throughout the asset lifecycle in coordination with local Asset Management • Provide creative solutions and action plans to achieve Asset Management goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting • Three (3) years or more of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales, or related industry required • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to use MS Access and SQL • Snowflake experience is a plus • Power BI experience is a plus • Ability to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop others on the Asset Management business model • Ability to influence Asset Management and Sales leadership and peers • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong presentation and analytical skills focused on managing assets • Strong customer focus • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Flexibility and self-direction in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask; highly organized with excellent time management skills • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Creative solutioning • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
