📋 Description

• Conduct complex root cause analysis on obscure business problems • Synthesize insights and develop clear, concise recommendations • Develop and deliver executive-focused presentations on an as-needed basis • Own project deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with internal analytics partners, business stakeholders, and management • Develop trainings, standard operating processes, and tracking capabilities to enable field leaders to execute corporate initiatives • Provide analytical and project support for general internal strategy consulting and Design for the Future adjacent business innovation initiatives • Support the rollout and execution of strategy initiatives • Handle consistent and ad-hoc requests in a fluid environment • Travel occasionally as business requires, approximately 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering or related quantitative field required • 4+ years demonstrated successful experience in analytical and project management roles • Proven track record in development of strategies to solve complex business problems • Strong analytical, problem solving and technical aptitude • Experience creating / structuring a data framework and pulling data from an array of disparate systems to generate analytical insights • Experience gathering, organizing and reporting various information and data, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, completeness, responsiveness and accountability • Demonstrated motivation to build consensus, lead work streams, and drive progress on assigned projects • Clear, concise communicator able to interface with all levels of the organization • Strong written and oral presentation skills, including comfort presenting to senior management • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (or equivalent analytical software) • SQL a plus • Top-tier strategy consultancy or corporate strategy function experience preferred • Prior distribution, retail, CPG, or related industry experience preferred • Available for occasional travel as business requires (approximately 10%)
