📋 Description

• Maintains effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Provides regular updates on project progress, gathers feedback, and manages expectations to ensure successful project outcomes • Participates in testing and validation of new applications to ensure they meet documented requirements and are free of defects • Works with developers to resolve issues and make necessary adjustments • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to enhancing application development methodologies • Stays updated with industry trends and best practices • Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve department operating quality and efficiency in accordance with company policies and procedures • Troubleshoots issues using creative and critical thinking skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field • 7 years of experience in a Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency role within the financial services industry • Experience with report creation and data analysis • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools • Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycles • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement strategies efficiently • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Strategic, meticulous, initiative-taking approach with commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
