• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead qualification (B2B experience preferred) • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or performance targets • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others - formal team lead experience is an asset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus) • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships • Proactive, goal-driven, and organized — comfortable managing both your own pipeline and team performance • Positive attitude, perseverance, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn about the landscape and nursery industry and quickly develop product knowledge
