📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop course content related to marketing and advertising. • Provide strategic advice on course design, structure, and delivery methods. • Implement, configure, and launch courses on Cypher LMS, ensuring seamless user experience. • Apply instructional design principles to create interactive and engaging course materials. • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure course functionality and effectiveness. • Analyze learner feedback and make necessary improvements to course materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within marketing and advertising fields. • Proficiency in Cypher LMS or similar learning management systems. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
