📋 Description
• Manage the Enablement, Activation, and Growth phases for MSP partners • Run the training meetings during Enablement • Drive the partner through Activation • Help drive their growth • Run multiple MSPs in parallel
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years in customer success, implementation, solutions engineering, or onboarding - ideally with SMB or mid-market customers • Hands-on configuration experience • Strong discovery and facilitation skills • Operator mindset • Comfort with multi-model AI
