📋 Description

• Lead and inspire high performing teams across data platform and analytics engineering, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement • Define and execute Gopuff’s data strategy, setting the vision for how data is collected, modeled and delivered to power analytics, experimentation and machine learning • Own the architecture of Gopuff’s modern data stack, ensuring it meets the company’s evolving needs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Partner cross functionally with business, product and operations leaders to prioritize data initiatives that drive measurable impact and align with company objectives • Mentor and grow data and analytics engineers, developing strong technical leaders and promoting best practices in data modeling, ELT and observability • Champion data quality, discoverability and reliability, ensuring metrics are trusted and reliable

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data, analytics or software engineering, including at least 4 years leading technical teams • Demonstrated success in aligning technical data initiatives with business strategy to deliver tangible, measurable outcomes • Track record of building scalable data platforms and empowering teams to deliver analytical and ML solutions • Exceptional communication skills and experience influencing senior leadership • Passion for building data cultures that prioritize impact, reliability and accessibility
