📋 Description

• Build internal tools and dashboards that power RADAR’s Deployment Management System and streamline Customer Operations. • Design and deliver low-code solutions, API integrations, and data-driven dashboards that improve internal workflows, enhance stakeholder visibility, and strengthen customer-facing communications. • Work closely with Operations, Deployment, Support, and Engineering to bridge operational needs with technical execution to create scalable, efficient solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building internal tools, workflow automations, or operational dashboards (in low-code or traditional environments). • Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL for building and customizing internal tools. • Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (Retool preferred) and API integrations. • Strong understanding of API lifecycle management — authentication, rate limits, versioning, and error handling. • Ability to work with REST APIs and connect to data sources (SQL; familiarity with Redis is a plus). • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. • Strong communication and documentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
