📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital, virtual, instructor-led, and technical learning initiatives • Partner with instructional designers, learning program managers, technical trainers, subject matter experts, and vendors • Deliver learning experiences on time, within scope, and with consistent quality • Support leadership development, technical capability, compliance, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with overlapping timelines and stakeholders • Facilitate alignment across designers, SMEs, technical experts, vendors, and leadership teams • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and critical deliverables • Lead working group meetings and design reviews • Define and validate requirements before design and development • Educate stakeholders on learning design processes and project governance best practices • Provide proactive communication and executive-level project updates • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, instructional standards, and business requirements • Provide status updates, surface risks, and drive issue resolution • Gather feedback, recommend process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement • Support production roadmaps, vendor management, resource planning, and budget tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of project or program management experience • Experience supporting learning, training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness initiatives preferred • Experience managing development and deployment of eLearning, video-based learning, virtual instructor-led training, classroom training, technical training programs, simulations, microlearning, and performance support tools • Ability to manage aggressive timelines with accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfort navigating ambiguity and structuring complex work • Strong consulting mindset and ability to influence without direct authority • Collaborative, relationship-driven approach to teamwork • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar project management and collaboration tools • Automotive, mobility, EV, manufacturing, industrial, or technical training experience preferred • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred • Experience using SAM, Agile, or iterative learning development methodologies preferred • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training Operations, or a creative studio environment preferred • Experience leading design reviews and working sessions with SMEs and technical experts preferred • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices preferred • Experience supporting dealership, field, service, manufacturing, or workforce development training programs preferred
