📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers • Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive-landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and other enablement materials • Serve as a bridge between Grafana Labs' engineering teams, customers, and Sales • Educate potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate the company's value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Must be located in United Kingdom • Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space is advantageous • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus
