📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) • Manage and develop CI/CD platforms • Automate build, release, and deployment processes • Develop application configuration management tooling • Automate software updates • Manage artefacts • Work with application development and security teams to implement requirements • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting Platform tooling • Help set the squad roadmap and decide priorities • Design, compare, and select solutions for platform productivity systems • Maintain, improve, extend, and gracefully sunset existing systems • Develop next-generation CI/CD systems and automation runner infrastructure • Develop security automation within CI/CD systems • Develop AI-backed tooling for internal users

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group delivering services to internal engineering teams • Experience working in a cloud environment • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform/Crossplane • Familiarity with Kubernetes administration; Tanka experience is a plus • Experience or interest in implementing, integrating, and maintaining observability systems and processes • Comfortable working in a remote-first company • Experience operating code in production • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Ability to work with Go and shell scripts as appropriate • Participation in on-call rotations
