📋 Description

• Influence the product roadmap and personal career objectives • Collaborate with the team to deliver, iterate, and improve new features • Drive projects from ideation through operations and customer delivery • Contribute to open-source projects beyond the team’s direct scope • Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems • Own system reliability, performance, and availability • Participate in on-call rotations and own operated services • Mentor and support team members • Participate in design discussions and team collaboration • Develop understanding of Grafana Cloud, customers, and a large distributed-system codebase

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with at least one programming language • Familiarity with Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar • Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and ideation through product shipment • Experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or experience with systems engineering • Experience writing clean, robust, performant, and maintainable software • Independent attitude and good communication skills • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to analyze, design, and build modular solutions • Ability to participate in on-call rotations • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup
