• 10+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations leadership, operations engineering, consulting, or quality improvement. • Strong understanding of health insurance operations, including claims processing, payment integrity, contact center management, and provider network management. • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role. • Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale, measurable operational improvement initiatives. • Expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and operational design. • Working knowledge of interoperability standards, coding methods, regulations, and insurance concepts applicable to level-funded health plans. • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment (extra credit). • Experience implementing automation, analytics, and AI technologies in operational settings (extra credit).
