• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or operations leadership. • Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, either internal operations (plan administration, compliance, distribution) or market-facing functions (product development, pricing, network strategy, member/provider experience). • Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes. • Strong data analysis, process mapping, and operational design capabilities. • Experience with enabling technologies—including automation, analytics, and AI. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills. • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
