• You are responsible for building, launching and scaling Bol.com as a strategically important marketplace for ESN & More • You manage the introduction and development of new ePharmacy marketplace channels — from planning through go-live to ongoing operational development • You analyze market potential, competitors and consumer trends and derive concrete growth strategies • You optimize product listings, content and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion • You define relevant KPIs, track performance and implement data-driven measures to increase revenue and profitability • You work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure efficient scaling • You contribute fresh ideas, monitor e-commerce developments and put innovative concepts into practice
• You have a degree or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce, online retail or marketplace management. • You have 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally focused on European marketplaces (e.g., Bol.com, OTTO, Allegro or similar platforms). • You have experience building and scaling new sales channels — ideally in consumer goods or ePharmacy. • You are proficient with marketplace tools, content management systems and performance analytics. • You think analytically and data-driven, while also being pragmatic and hands-on in execution. • You act entrepreneurially, show initiative and enjoy working cross-functionally with other teams. • You are fluent in German and English.
