📋 Description

• Independently lead multiple complex digital projects and workstreams from brief to completion • Coordinate specialist teams and manage competing priorities • Own project plans, resources, budgets, risks and documentation • Keep clients and colleagues informed and resolve problems proactively • Use approved AI tools where they improve delivery, applying sound judgement and human review • Coach less experienced PMs and contribute practical project improvements • Define deliverables, estimates, assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria with Client Services and specialists • Lead project setup and kick-offs; create and maintain delivery plans • Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, lead recovery planning and escalate matters with recommendations • Assess scope-change impacts and obtain approval before revised delivery • Build client and internal relationships, lead delivery communications, secure decisions and negotiate priorities • Support pitches and scope extensions with estimates, delivery approaches, resource requirements and risks • Forecast skills and hours, secure resource bookings and coordinate specialist inputs and handovers • Identify resource conflicts and agree solutions with resource and discipline leads • Build project estimates and budgets and secure approval before work begins • Track costs, forecast cost to complete, monitor margin and act on variances • Maintain project data and contribute assigned-account revenue forecasts with Client Services and Finance • Coordinate purchase orders and invoicing and complete financial reconciliation • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions and change records • Apply delivery standards and maintain information in project-management and job-costing systems • Coordinate quality reviews, rights and claims checks, client approvals, launch readiness and measurement requirements • Confirm acceptance, complete handovers, lead project closure and retrospectives, and follow through on actions • Raise improvement opportunities with the Head of Delivery • Follow AI policies, protect confidential information, check outputs and ensure specialist QA and human approval • Share lessons and support agreed changes within projects • Work with Client Services, resource and discipline leads, Finance and Operations; report to a Digital Project Director or Head of Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience in a digital, content, creative or media agency • Proven ability to independently lead multiple complex projects and workstreams • Experience delivering projects for global brands, ideally in FMCG, healthcare or similarly complex sectors involving multiple stakeholders and approval requirements • Strong planning, estimating, resource coordination, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and change-control skills • Practical understanding of integrated delivery across SEO, AEO, content, social, digital PR and paid media • Analytical thinking and sound judgement; ability to challenge assumptions, interpret project data, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions • Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, challenging constructively and negotiating achievable priorities • Proactive, organised approach, strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through • Confidence using agency job-costing and project-management systems, such as Paprika or equivalent • Experience using AI tools to support delivery, with appropriate judgement, human review and protection of confidential information • Experience coaching less experienced PMs and sharing practical guidance • Alignment with Greenpark’s core values: ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, ‘With Kindness’
