📋 Description

• Lead complex IAM projects for clients from initiation through closure • Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget • Act as the main point of contact for clients, manage expectations, handle escalations and resolve conflicts • Lead project teams and coordinate technical consultants, subject matter experts and internal teams • Own project budgets, forecasting, actuals, variances, change requests, margin protection, invoicing and revenue recognition • Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues • Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, financials and required decisions • Run post-project reviews • Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and client requirements • Use Kantata as the source of truth for plans, time and financials • Use AI tools to work more efficiently • Share lessons learned and improve consistent delivery standards across the Group

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream projects in professional services or technology, ideally IAM or a related security domain • Experience running several projects at the same time without losing control of detail • Strong client-facing experience, including managing escalations and difficult conversations with senior stakeholders • Hands-on financial management: budgets, forecasting, change requests and margin • Solid knowledge of project management methods, and experience working closely with technical teams • Experience with a PSA tool (Kantata desirable) and an interest in using AI to work better • UK-based, and able to travel to London from time to time when the business needs it
