📋 Description

• Lead new lift installation projects from initial planning through to final handover • Manage a portfolio of projects across Bristol and the surrounding region • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards • Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish • Conduct site inspections and project reviews • Ensure installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met • Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams • Provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle • Control project costs and manage variations • Resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion • Build lasting customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• NVQ3 Installing Lifts • Project Management qualification • Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards • Experienced lift industry professional • Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants • Sponsorship is not available
