📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off • Prepare enterprise customers for deployment and establish success criteria • Track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure execution meets deadlines and budgets • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies • Resolve issues autonomously before escalation • Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, internal Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales teams, and third-party partners • Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles • Partner with Professional Services leadership to build, refine, and maintain PMO governance, standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and KPIs • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction • Establish best practices for engagements, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting across the Professional Services portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organization • Experience managing customers from Financial Services, Government, and Healthcare industries • Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment • Ability to work autonomously and exercise strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-pressure customer situations • Expert knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Google Workspace • Fluent written and spoken English • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Recognised credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or Lean frameworks are good to have • Foundational or hands-on knowledge of Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery is a strong plus • Financial acumen regarding professional services metrics is a plus • Additional European language skills are a plus • Experience contributing to PMO governance practices is a plus
