📋 Description

• Coordinate customer projects from planning through to completion • Keep project plans, timelines, actions and key information organised and up to date • Work closely with customers to understand priorities and provide regular updates • Coordinate internal teams and specialists involved in project delivery • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously • Track risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where support is needed • Proactively follow up on actions to keep delivery moving • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting • Support smooth project completion and customer handovers

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organisation and coordination skills • Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines or pieces of work simultaneously • Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders • Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to stay organised when priorities change • Collaborative approach to working across different teams • Experience within software, technology, customer delivery, Payroll or HR would be beneficial • Formal Project Management experience or qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are not essential • Legally authorised to work in the country where the role is based, or disclose applicable sponsorship/work authorisation requirements
