• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-growing digital, tech, or iGaming companies • Proven success hiring across marketing, creative, or iGaming functions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially for crafting engaging social content • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions • Experience recruiting for remote-first companies • Based in Europe or West Asia , with experience in international, remote hiring
