📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale GridUnity’s cloud-based SaaS platform • Lead design, development, and delivery of high-scale, data-driven full-stack applications • Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions • Champion improvements in scalability, reliability, observability, and security • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teammates to translate business needs into well-architected solutions • Influence system architecture decisions and lead high-impact technical initiatives • Ensure privacy, security, and accuracy of critical datasets • Introduce tools, workflows, and approaches that improve software delivery • Contribute technical expertise to long-term product and technology strategy • Report to the Engineering Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in senior-level roles • Proven leadership skills mentoring junior engineers, leading technical initiatives, and driving team-wide improvements • Strong experience building and scaling full-stack applications • Professional experience with several of: Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, React or a similar modern JavaScript framework, PostgreSQL or another relational database • Experience architecting, building, and maintaining production systems • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and align teams • U.S. person status under federal law: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee • Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
