📋 Description

• Traffic and manage advertising campaigns in GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform, ensuring accurate and timely campaign setup and execution • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously • Proactively identify opportunities or issues that may impact campaign delivery • Monitor first- and third-party reporting data to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering against goals • Perform quality assurance checks of campaign setup against client insertion orders • Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using available resources and tools • Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal team members • Own reporting and month-end reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness • Create and maintain documentation for the Ad Operations team • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with and supporting the broader team • Take ownership of work, seek feedback, and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience, or 2+ years of transferable experience in digital advertising, including advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, digital agencies, or related fields • Familiarity with digital media and ad technology, including experience with ad-serving platforms and/or Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and deliver high-quality work on time • Strong communication and client-service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient while knowing when to collaborate or ask for support • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed • Growth mindset; coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to develop technical and industry expertise • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint • Experience working with HTML5 and JavaScript ads • Experience creating mobile rich media ads • Experience troubleshooting and testing ads using tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or similar debugging tools • Respectful, positive approach to working with others
