📋 Description

• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs • Run the monthly payroll cycle by collecting and validating inputs, processing changes, and ensuring accurate, on-time payouts • Serve as the main point of contact for team members' pay and benefits questions • Track and reconcile bonuses, allowances, referral payouts, and similar compensation types; flag discrepancies • Partner with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support management to align rewards practices with business needs • Support audits and reporting on compensation and benefits data • Suggest improvements to pay and benefits processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, financial controlling, or total rewards • Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types, including bonuses, allowances, overtime, and referral payouts • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Intermediate level of English, written and spoken • Strong attention to detail with numbers, payroll data, and policy documents • Excellent communication skills • Speed and adaptability with monthly deadlines and shifting priorities • Alignment with GROWE core values: GROWE TOGETHER, DRIVE RESULT OVER PROCESS, and BE READY FOR CHANGE
