📋 Description

• A VA is a remote employee and is deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients. • You will be assigned a client once you are nearing the completion of your training. • The jobs are of permanent nature and the retention rate solely depends on the VA. • A VA will be trained in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on their performance in the training, they will be deployed to one or more domains. • The VA’s skillset will be matched with the client’s scope of work. • We hire two kinds of virtual assistants - Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours) - Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours). • Tasks & Training Comprise of: Executive Assistance; Administrative Assistance; Online Research Assistance; Project Management Assistance; Social Media Assistance; Digital Marketing Assistance; Operations Assistance; Business Development Assistance; Content Writing Assistance; Web Development; HR Assistance; Hiring Process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s (preferred) degree • Proficient in verbal and written communication (English proficiency) • Relevant experience of 2+ years • Open to 1-month unpaid training • Preference - Non-Technical profiles • Availability to work 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday • Ability to work from home full-time
