📋 Description

• Build and enhance the customer service ecosystem using platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, and Avaya • Develop innovative features that automate and optimize customer service processes • Create effective solutions leveraging development expertise and the available platform capabilities • Ensure code quality through code reviews and by writing unit and functional tests • Collaborate with the team to apply development best practices and standards • Document products to ensure clarity and organization of the work • Integrate different tools and platforms to deliver a complete and efficient customer experience • Actively participate in the Kanban workflow, contributing to continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of programming logic • Familiarity with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, and Apex (Salesforce) • Theoretical and practical knowledge of data integration structure and architecture • Familiarity with Amazon Connect • Knowledge of Avaya orchestration • Collaborative mindset for working within a squad • Strategic and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems.
