• Manage selection processes for operational and technical positions (such as maintenance technician, electromechanical technician, electrical technician, among others); • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from profile alignment through presenting finalists to the client/manager; • Conduct screening, interviews, and administer tests when necessary; • Manage a high volume of simultaneous vacancies (average of 10 to 15 active processes); • Populate and update recruitment and selection (R&S) systems and tracking spreadsheets; • Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers and candidates; • Ensure adherence to internal processes and established delivery timelines.
• Reside in São Paulo – SP; • Previous experience in recruitment and selection focusing on operational and maintenance positions; • Experience with high-volume hiring (10 to 15 active vacancies simultaneously); • Ability to work independently with agility and strong organizational skills; • Knowledge of job advertising platforms and resume screening tools; • Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or industrial companies is desirable.
