• Lead design and delivery of a clinical risk-based audit programme across Europe, the Middle East and Africa that meets regulatory authority requirements leveraging different and novel audit types. • Build, lead and coach a team of auditors to deliver consistent, high-quality audits and effective follow-up. • Provide strategic input in the development, management, and implementation of strategies and initiatives, policies and procedures to support the audit program. • Build and maintain beneficial working relationships with internal and external customers and across the Matrix in R&D Quality and Risk Management. • Interpret metrics, trend reporting and insights to inform risk priorities and improve controls. • Support inspection readiness, regulatory interactions and investigations of significant compliance issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Health Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). • Scientific/pharmaceutical industry background with experience in clinical trials. • Knowledge of global, regional, and national regulatory requirements and regulations. • Experience delivering risk-based audits of internal operations and third-party suppliers. • Experience leading and developing audit teams across multiple locations. • Project management skills and management of complex cross-functional activities. • Verbal, written, and presentation skills and ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. • Interpersonal skills, and ability to work in the matrix across geographical and organisational boundaries.
