📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and provide actionable approaches to client needs • Analyze client barriers and needs to drive strategy forward • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring independent insights to Gartner leaders and influence research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice to clients and prospects through virtual and face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Provide sales support as the voice of the market • Conduct high-quality and timely content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Collaborate with peers in the Insights community • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Encourage regular client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s in STEM, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business/MBA, or PhD) preferred • 12+ years of relevant experience in AI Infrastructure, Semiconductor research, Equity Research, Buy-Side Analysis, or Strategic Consulting in deep tech • Deep technical proficiency in AI Infrastructure, Semiconductors, AI Hardware, Compute, and AI/IT Services • Proven track record in technology research, semiconductor/hardware analysis, or tech-focused investment environments • Solid understanding of investment lifecycles, market dynamics, and tech sector valuation drivers • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts concisely • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
