📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content • Develop new insights and actionable approaches through thought leadership • Analyze client barriers and needs to identify root causes and drive strategy • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Provide independent insights to Gartner leaders to shape research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Advise clients and prospects through virtual and face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Provide sales support and help Insights teams engage clients on critical priorities • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews • Represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy as an industry expert • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Collaborate with peers in the Insights community • Improve research processes and develop new processes for service delivery • Mentor and coach junior team members • Encourage frequent client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Expertise in data architecture and data operations • Expertise in database or data integration practices • Experience in AI-ready data management approaches • Experience with using agents in data management processes • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
