📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis on AI services and broader services markets • Develop market sizing and forecasting models for the enterprise AI services market • Assess market dynamics affecting AI services demand across industries and geographies • Deliver actionable advice to high-tech industry clients, including CEOs, general managers, and product and marketing leaders • Produce published forecasts, written research, thought leadership, and must-have insights • Perform competitive analysis and customer opportunity assessments • Develop in-depth analyses to identify root causes of client barriers and needs • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice through virtual and face-to-face client interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales with market expertise and client engagement • Conduct content peer reviews • Represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy as an industry expert • Collaborate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Improve research processes and develop new processes for service delivery • Mentor and coach junior team members • Encourage regular client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Experience of market sizing and forecasting • Strong forecasting, modelling, writing, research, analytical and presentation skills • Highly numerate with excellent critical thinking skills • Passion for predictive thinking, complex forecast analysis and discussions • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency and ability to explain complex concepts concisely • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, where applicable
