📋 Description

• Own PokerArena's engagement and progression systems from concept through live iteration • Facilitate rapid delivery and iteration of new product features and improvements • Use AI tooling as a daily part of the work • Talk with players directly every week • Collaborate with product designers and software developers • Deliver systems that keep players coming back and progressing • Report to the Chief Product Officer • Operate as an individual contributor without direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience shipping new software products and features • Direct experience with engagement, progression, or live-ops systems in games or other consumer products • Understanding of poker at least to the level of a non-professional enthusiast • Clear, professional English language communication skills (written and spoken) • Proven history of delivery at pace • Experience with AI assistance • Ability to work on a Central European Timezone schedule • Experience collaborating with product designers and software developers
