📋 Description

• Develop and nurture key customer relationships through regular, proactive engagement • Identify and experiment with new customer development opportunities • Use a consultative-selling approach to provide interconnect solutions addressing customer needs • Align business-unit and customer technology roadmaps for long-term Datacom requirements • Develop and own strategic customer growth plans to drive profitability, project-pipeline development and conversion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align support from various business units • Monitor AI infrastructure, power, high-speed interconnect, liquid cooling and competitor trends • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities across cooling, power infrastructure, rack, supercomputing and AI Datacom segments

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive years of business development or sales experience in Datacom or data centre markets • Strong network within OEMs or infrastructure providers • Experience selling technical products such as connectors, cabling, fibre and networking hardware • Proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or a related field • Proven record of demand creation within the Datacom sector • Strategic planning ability and preparedness to experiment • Relationship-building and negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills in English • Previous Datacom market experience with customer penetration and growth track record • Familiarity with key ecosystem players • Understanding of supply-chain and manufacturing processes • Experience using SAP and Salesforce systems
