📋 Description

• Maintain and expand professional business relationships within assigned accounts • Understand customer applications, discuss needs, and offer solutions using the entire Molex product portfolio • Prepare business plans ensuring profitable growth consistent with corporate objectives • Build long-term relationships through direct and frequent customer interaction • Build a Salesforce pipeline reflecting demand-creation activities and agreed growth ambitions • Provide market insights to develop regional sales strategy • Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field • At least several years’ experience in electronics or aerospace & defense industry • Strong interpersonal skills to build new relationships and increase network • Proactive entrepreneur mindset • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in English and German • Experience using SAP and Salesforce (preferred) • Additional language skills (preferred) • Strong Aerospace & Defense experience (preferred)
