• Build the sales pipeline through extensive market research to discover new potential business clients • Initiate contact with prospects and serve as the first point of contact for new HTB customers • Qualify leads through calls and collaborate with the sales team to develop SDR campaigns (messages, calls, emails) • Collaborate with Marketing to execute lead generation strategies and schedule targeted appointments for the sales team • Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve lead generation • Contact potential clients via multiple communication channels and identify client needs to match appropriate products/services • Become a product expert and brand ambassador for HTB; report to the SDR Head and work closely with the Singapore-based Account Executive and Revenue Leader • Use tools including HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Professional experience with sales and a clear sales career orientation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude • Excellent organizational skills • Comfortable talking to strangers and expert in making first contact and building relationships • Good, positive attitude • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques • Experience with a CRM and email automation tools (good to have)
