• Build code repos • Review code repos • Test code repos • Add comments/suggest changes to existing repos • Create engaging and challenging coding questions • Create tasks on code repos that reflect real-world engineering tasks, such as debugging APIs, optimizing queries, designing microservices, or implementing frontend components. • Write clear, concise problem statements with sample input/output, constraints, and detailed solution explanations. • Provide clean, production-style reference solutions and test cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with building production code • A strong understanding of coding concepts • The ability to craft questions that test various skills and knowledge levels. • Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, etc.). • Hands-on experience with real-world software development (not just competitive programming). • Excellent ability to break down technical problems and communicate clearly. • Prior experience creating coding questions, tutorials, or assessments is a big plus. • Familiarity with industry practices like APIs, databases, system design, or code optimization.
