• Define, architect, develop & support the sales process for HPC/AI technology and solutions. • Work closely with HPC/AI Sales, HPC/AI GBU R&D, Product Group, marketing, external partners, and stakeholders. • Engage in account transactions based on technical expertise required in specific deals/programs. • Provide technical consulting work with customers in selling and supporting company products, services, systems, and software. • Deliver in-depth comparative analysis of alternative proposals to meet complex technical solution requirements. • Maintain excellent communication with IT managers, administrators, and specialists. • Use pipeline insights to prioritize high-potential deal pursuit activities with appropriate resource investment. • Provide direction and guidance to improve processes and establish policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or from a technical university. • +7 years of experience in the technology industry focusing on technical consulting and solution selling. • HPC/AI-related experience preferred. • Presales experience preferred. • Deep understanding of AI infra technologies and AI workload. • Expert knowledge of the company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, competitor products, and strategies within the area of responsibility. • Expert level written and verbal communication skills and mastery over English and local language. • Demonstrates expert consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, whiteboarding, storytelling, etc. • Advanced experience with using social media, blogging, and related information-sharing technologies. • Strong project management knowledge or experience with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including appropriate due diligence. • Excellent business and financial acumen, with an understanding of financial return and achievement of business goals. • Strong knowledge of HPC/AI Software stack and applications. • Ability to assess when on-prem is better than Cloud, or not. • Understanding of how infrastructure scales as the model scales.
