• Install, proactively and preventively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Haemonetics systems for customers in the designated region • Manage minimal downtime through effective training of site personnel and quick problem investigations • Organize, coordinate, and prepare application training • Deliver application training to site personnel on installed medical equipment • Coordinate and deliver technical training for customer personnel and Haemonetics employees • Develop partnerships with prospective customers through product demonstrations • Promote Haemonetics products to existing customers
• Degree in technical engineering or technical education with sound technical knowledge, or at least four years of experience in a Field Service position, medical device environment, or similar role • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments • Technical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products • Excellent mastery of English • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight (1 or 2 nights per week on average) • Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Capacity to manage time constraints • Demonstrated computer and basic networking skills • Full driving licence
