📋 Description

• Lead the Central Region team of Account Managers and regional clinical team • Execute senior leadership’s strategic vision • Achieve regional sales objectives and revenue budgets • Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline regional employees • Communicate job expectations and employee development goals • Assess and review the sales team while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures • Manage account managers and territories according to the annual business plan • Review and implement account manager compensation strategies • Maintain forecasting accuracy, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions • Establish district sales objectives, plans, and quotas supporting national objectives • Maintain and expand the customer base and develop key customer relationships • Aggregate key opinion leader feedback to inform company strategy • Report to the National Director of Acute Care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Extensive ventilation and respiratory sales experience • Relevant medical device and medical device sales management experience • Sales management experience • Dynamic understanding of U.S. Healthcare landscape • Expert business acumen • Must pass drug and background screens • Travel up to 50%–75%
