⢠Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers ⢠Responsible for managing persons in outside sales within the assigned region. ⢠Assisting with hiring and training new area managers ⢠Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients. ⢠Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. ⢠Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned. ⢠Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge. ⢠Establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships. ⢠Managing Area Managers through quality checks and other follow-up. ⢠Identifying and resolving client concerns. ⢠Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. ⢠Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. ⢠Developing and implementing special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition ⢠Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. ⢠Traveling up to 75% of the time, due to visiting Auto Dealers ⢠Other duties as assigned
⢠Minimum of 5 years sales management ⢠High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field ⢠Qualified Candidates should live in Region ⢠Computer skills are a must. MS Office (Excel and word).
