📋 Description

• Lead the Platform Team responsible for shared services, reporting, data workflows, and tooling supporting the broader engineering organization • Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering team • Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through expectations, feedback, performance conversations, and career planning • Define and maintain the Platform Team’s product vision and roadmap • Align priorities with business impact, stakeholder needs, technical health, risk, dependencies, and ROI • Identify project opportunities from stakeholder pain points, operational gaps, technical debt, platform limitations, and company priorities • Translate business, stakeholder, and technical needs into scoped initiatives with technical leads and engineers • Establish ownership, timelines, milestones, and follow-through for commitments • Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and timeline changes • Maintain OKRs, roadmap updates, dashboards, project documentation, postmortems, and status updates • Promote clean code, testing, observability, incident response, postmortems, and toil reduction

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing, coaching, or leading technical teams • Demonstrated ability to define direction, create clarity, and drive execution in ambiguous environments • Strong product and strategic judgment, including the ability to identify project ideas, define outcomes, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize work • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure engineering work delivers meaningful impact • Experience working with data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence systems • Strong delivery ownership, including the ability to establish timelines, manage dependencies, communicate risk, and hold teams accountable to commitments • Experience leading a platform, infrastructure, data, tooling, internal systems, or shared-services team • Experience owning roadmap strategy or product direction for an internal platform or technical product • Experience working where Engineering owns discovery, prioritization, and roadmap definition without a dedicated Product Manager • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Visa sponsorship is not offered
