📋 Description

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, supporting businesses through key stages of growth, investment and strategic development • Manage transactions independently while also collaborating with colleagues on larger and more complex matters • Advise on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, business exits and disposals, and corporate restructures • Work closely with investors, founders, and in-house legal teams, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work • Experience managing corporate transactions independently • Experience supporting colleagues on larger or more complex deals • Exposure to investment and/or finance transactions would be beneficial but is not essential • A proactive, commercial approach to advising clients • Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities • A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive and experienced team
