📋 Description

• Track and report revenue cycle KPIs, including days in AR, denial rates, and overall AR • Generate KPI reports to help clients make informed decisions • Analyze client data to identify trends, improvement areas, and optimization opportunities • Develop tailored revenue cycle management solutions to improve operational and financial performance • Communicate KPI findings and insights to internal teams and clients • Propose data-driven solutions to address identified issues • Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Adapt to varying client needs and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in revenue cycle data and KPI performance • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau • Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, client support, or a similar healthcare-industry role • 3+ years of strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management concepts and practices • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs and tailor solutions • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
