📋 Description

• Manage business forecasting, trade spend tracking, account portals, and data management for select key accounts • Work closely with Customer Business Managers (CBMs) to support business planning and customer development • Manage administrative responsibilities including price change forms, event forecasting, and selling and planning schedules • Support forecasting customer events • Collaborate with CBMs to collect and verify data and maintain accurate CAR, Inventory, Line Reviews, Business Plans, and TOS tracking • Process account chargebacks/deductions weekly and clear claims within a 60-day window • Independently manage assigned regional grocery accounts • Help secure distribution, pricing, promotion, shelf positioning, and margin objectives by item/category • Conduct line review presentations • Execute pricing and promotion strategies • Deliver billed sales targets • Perform other assigned duties or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 2+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sales or sales support experience • Pet care industry experience is a plus • Familiarity with syndicated data platforms, including Nielsen, Power BI, and Circana preferred • Ability to analyze POS SCAN reports • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines • Highly organized with accurate record-keeping and account documentation skills • Ability to track key business activities and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs • Willingness and ability to travel 4–6 times a year
